Plan limits explained
Last reviewed: June 17, 2026
Players per session
- Free: up to 10 viewers per session. This count includes any remote display screens you've opened — but not your own caller screen.
- Plus: unlimited.
- When a Free session is full, additional players see: "This session has reached its viewer limit. Please try again later." Upgrade to Plus to remove the cap.
Live sessions at once
- Free: 1 active session at a time. Starting another sends you back to your sessions list to end the first.
- Plus: unlimited concurrent sessions.
Inactivity / session expiration
- A session expires after a rolling period measured from your last call: 4 hours (Free) or 24 hours (Plus). Keep calling within that window to keep it open. Expired Free sessions called number timestamp data remains visible for 14 days.
Other behind-the-scenes limits
- There are generous rate limits on how fast devices can repeatedly join a stream (to prevent abuse). Normal hosts and players won't hit these. Running a very large event with many simultaneous reconnects? Contact [email protected] and we can raise the join-rate limit for your account.
