Sessions: Live, Saved, and Past

The Sessions page organizes your games into three sections.

Live — games you're currently running.

  • See the name, ball mode, games played, and call count.
  • Rename inline, copy the player link, or End session (which moves it to Past).
  • Free plan: you can have 1 live session at a time. End the current one before starting another.

Saved (Plus) — games you've paused and stored to finish later, without losing your call log.

  • Resume right where you left off by opening the session.
  • Schedule a planned start date/time, rename, copy the player link, or delete.
  • Saved sessions generate player materials: a join link and a downloadable QR code (SVG or PNG). If you schedule one, players see a "starts at…" message until you begin.

Past — finished games, kept for your records.

  • Click a row to expand each round and see every number called.
  • Plus sessions include per-call timestamps and CSV export (a round or the whole session) for auditing and verifying winners.
  • Delete past sessions you no longer need.

Heads up — session expiry. A live session expires after a rolling window of inactivity, measured from your last call: 4 hours on Free, 24 hours on Plus. Call at least one number within that window to keep it alive. Expired Free sessions are kept for 14 days before being removed.
